Mino Sullivan, a Certified Executive Coach, former owner of an executive search firm, delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business and president of Career Success Coaching, will inspire and guide you to create a clear vision for the next step in your career. She will then encourage, support and motivate you to stay on track as you turn your vision into realty.

Here’s how the process works:

Phase I – Envision your new career.

You’ll discover who you have become over the years – your values, your life purpose, what motivates you, what you love to do as well the environments where you thrive. You’ll define your skills, knowledge, abilities, interests and passions. Through a series of assessments, worksheets and stimulating conversations with Mino, you’ll discover what you really want to do in the next phase of your career.

Phase II – Create your new career.

If you decide on a new job or a new career you’ll design a Job Search Action Plan, create a state-of-the art resume and cover letter. You’ll learn 21st-century interviewing skills, prepare persuasive success stories, learn to manage a multi-pronged job search and effectively negotiate a favorable compensation package. If you decide to start a business, you’ll write a business plan and get the resources you’ll need lined up to get up and running.

The Results.

Whatever plan you create, it will include motivating goals, specific strategies and weekly actions steps. Through weekly phone sessions Mino will provide encouragement, focus and accountability to keep you on track and moving towards the finish line. Working together you’ll begin a new career, take the next step in your existing career, land a new job or launch a new business.
